What an amazing experience I had at the Yoga Den! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the tranquility. The instructors are so lovely and you just “know” that they love being there in this space, with us. The whole experience was filled with so much Love and if you give it a try, you will feel this Love too, within and all around you! :) Yoga is truly transformative.

Amazing yoga studio. I really appreciate the genuine concern teachers have for students and take into account their needs. I haven't met every instructor but they are so sweet and I really recommend the yin classes and den zen.
